Shape Tomorrow is a design thinking experience where young people turn ideas into impact. It’s a program that helps young people see themselves as problem-solvers, collaborators, and leaders.
Learners explore real challenges close to home. They interview people, observe real experiences, uncover insights, generate ideas, and design solutions. This phase culminates in public pitches, where learners share their thinking and ideas with an authentic audience.
Learners apply the same process to an issue, opportunity, or problem they deeply care about. With greater independence, they lead the work from start to finish, owning the challenge, the decisions, and the impact they want to create.
Every young person carries the potential to create something meaningful, but too often they are not given the tools, confidence, or permission to act on it.
Over the course of the experience, learners grow from guided participants into confident problem-solvers who practice active listening, sharpen their observation skills, think creatively, and navigate uncertainty with purpose.
